A prince was born! August 4, 1901 Louis Armstrong was born in New Orleans. I wonder what his voice sounded like when he was a little boy... I bet it was still gravely and full of character. As usual, I wish I had a time machine to go back and meet Louis... I think we'd have had a good laugh together :).
