Joey Ramone (Jeffrey Ross Hyman), lead singer of  punk rock band, the Ramones (my neighbors from Forest Hills, Queens) was born on this day in 1951.

While he is no longer of this world, let's celebrate his contribution!  Whenever my melancholic mind needs to re-boot I grab for Punk Rock.  It's just what I do...
