Dutch Gypsies Swing "The Godfather Theme"
When Django Reinhardt kept playing guitar despite losing 2 fingers (on his LEFT hand) to a fire... Gypsy Jazz was born. And the world of music gained a stubbornly upbeat son.
Django, a French Gypsie, traveled the world spreading this style and penchant for perseverance his whole life long. And, with a joyous skip in our step, we thank him.
Some of his many disciples, The Rosenberg Trio, a band of Dutch gypsies consisting of lead guitarist Stochelo Rosenberg, rhythm guitarist Nous'che Rosenberg and bassist Nonnie Rosenberg never ever disappoints.
So, sip your coffee and listen to the happy strums of the most wonderful interpretation of the "The Godfather" Theme, Nino Rota's Speak Softly, Love.
You'll say "Oh lala"
