When the Dublin Guitar Quartet Plays Philip Glass

The Dublin Guitar Quartet

When the Dublin Guitar Quartet plays Philip Glass, it will fill you with so much sway that you won't be able to stop yourself from being completely swept away.  It's not up to you... if you can hear this, you will feel it. Period.

While Mr. Glass's compositions are considered minimalist, I find that as a composer, this OG indie rocker, musicCurator, and tune hunter/gatherer creates such a breathtakingly lilting journey through sound that minimal is not the word.  Especially, when swooned by the 4 amazingly gifted guitarists who make up the Dublin Guitar Quartet (Brian Bolger, Pat Brunnock, Tomas O'Durcain and Chien Buggle) Philip Glass's work will fill your ears, mind and heart with such rich, full, yet delicately complex sound.  It's another perfect example of the definition of #Swoon.

Love,
