"Body and Soul" ... a jazz standard written in 1930 with lyrics by Edward Heyman, Robert Sour and Frank Eyton; and music by Johnny Green has been performed by the likes of Louie Armstrong, Billie Hoiday, Ella Fitzgerald, Sarah Vaughan, Etta James, John Coltrane... and the list goes on.  

For tonight's offering, I present the jazz virtuoso from Portland, Oregon - Esperanza Spalding.  Her version of this classic is worthy of adding her name to the impressive list above.
